Abe Lee has been a licensed real estate agent since 1974 and a licensed broker since 1980. Abe has served on the City Affairs Committee for the Honolulu Board of Realtors as a co-chair. Abe has developed over 100 projects throughout the state from 2 units to 70 units.  Abe has taught thousands of real estate agents since 1985 on how to develop real estate, zoning issues, land use ordinance, condominium development process, construction methods, surveys, termite and home inspections, wills & trusts, escrow, appraisals, understanding contracts, law & ethics, etc.

Scott Sakata, Realtor and Development Coordinator

As a Realtor, Scott sits down with his clients to handle their questions and help them evaluate all aspects of the transaction, suggesting a uniquely tailored approach with specific outcomes in mind. Then he follows through step-by-step, adjusting the plan as necessary and providing regular progress reports. Clients benefit from Scott's up-to-date awareness of the area's real estate trends as well as his refined marketing strategies. Scott is currently coordinating 3 development projects here on Oahu.

Jeff Orig, RA and Development Project Manager

Jeff is a project manager in the Abe Lee Development Department.  He is currently overseeing 12 different development projects.  These projects range from simple 2 unit projects to an apartment building conversion with 27 units.  Jeff has a wide range of skills and talents that he applies to real estate. He is currently working on his first investment property, a one bedroom fixer-upper condo.  He focuses on customer service and attention to details in every real estate transaction.
